Mominoyu is a hot-spring facility with a popular rock-built open-air bath. The gender segregated indoor baths are spacious and high ceilinged with an additional sauna. The water wells up from 1,300 m underground and has a reputation for promoting smooth skin and reducing the chilly feeling often experienced after taking a bath. The baths have many fans, particularly in hikers and workers who can soak away their fatigue and muscle aches on the way home.
